If you are not completely satisfied with your order or if you have simply changed your mind, you can return the jewellery for a full refund or an exchange providing the item is returned unworn and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
If the item was purchased in the UK, we must receive the returned item from you within 7 days from the date you received delivery. Where the item was purchased overseas, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the item to us in order for a return or exchange to be processed.
For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings unless they are faulty. 
We advise that all items are returned via recorded delivery. Where the item was purchased overseas, you are strongly recommended to use a secure courier service which can be tracked when returning your item. Sia Shafer will not be held liable for any lost items.
To initiate a refund or exchange, please email us at with your name, order number and your reason for returning the item. We will then provide you with Return Instructions.
Once we receive the item, we will make contact with you by email to confirm receipt. Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receipt. We will notify you by email as soon as a refund or exchange has been issued. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the order.
Please note, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for delivery charges relating to a return. Where the item is considered to be faulty, then delivery charges will be reimbursed along with any refund due.
