Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions of sale including any terms and conditions of sale displayed on our website www.siashafer.com (“our site”) or otherwise notified to you sets out the basis on which we will contract for goods and/or services. Please read the following carefully to ensure that you fully understand the same.

The material displayed on our site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy.

Nothing in these terms and conditions of sale affects our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence which cannot be excluded or limited under the relevant law.

We expressly exclude the following without excluding those expressed by law:

  • all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or equity; and
  • any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with our site or in connection with the use, ability to use or the results of the use of our site, any websites linked to it and any materials posted on it including, without limitation, any liability for loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profits or contracts, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, wasted management or office time and for any other loss or damage of any kind however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

Contracts for the supply of goods and/or services formed through our site or which may otherwise be covered by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or as a result of visits made by you are governed by our terms and conditions of sale.

By placing an order with Sia Shafer for goods and/or services you are offering to purchase goods and/ services from us and subject to the following terms and conditions of sale. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Our dispatch times may vary in accordance with availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are estimated and limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be responsible. Please refer to the Delivery and Returns page for further information.

Our dispatch times outside of the UK will vary accordingly and we will keep our customers updated with tracking information where appropriate. 

Sia Shafer retains the right to refuse any request made by you for an order for goods and/or services. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods and/or services.


When you place an order with us for goods and/or services through any means to include our website found at www.siashafer.com you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. Please note that this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail or in person that the goods and/or services which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods and/or services listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed. 


Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on Sia Shafer’s website are accurate, errors may very occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

We reserve the right to decline any orders.


You (the customer) are liable for any customs and duties costs incurred when receiving your order. Sia Shafer will not pay them and if they are not paid your order will be returned to us.

Please note we cannot be held accountable for delays in delivery including customs clearance.


Sia Shafer reserves the right to make amendments to products on the website including differences in colour, shade and/or size. Once in receipt of goods the customer can return if not satisfied with the variations from the website to the actual article and must do so within 14 days of receipt. The customer's statutory rights will not be affected under these circumstances.


Sia Shafer offer a 6 month warranty (‘’warranty’’) on all original Sia Shafer jewellery sold, at no extra cost. The warranty is applicable to all of our products purchased through our online store or authorised stockist. This warranty covers manufacturing faults and also includes repairs to Sia Shafer jewellery purchased when such repairs are due to manufacturing faults. Where any repairs are not possible and a successful claim has been made, Sia Shafer will replace the jewellery purchased free of charge. Please note that this warranty is limited to one repair or replacement per item purchase.

The warranty is in addition to any other statutory rights you may have in respect of any purchase from Sia Shafer.  

Claiming on the Sia Shafer warranty:

If your jewellery is damaged and you wish to claim under the warranty, please contact our support team who will be happy to help. You can do this by emailing them contact@siashafer.com with your full name, order number and by providing a valid proof of purchase. Your original proof of purchase acts as your warranty, so please make sure you keep it safe. 

If we cannot repair your jewellery, (to be evaluated following us receiving the jewellery and undertaking an assessment) we'll replace it with another Sia Shafer piece of jewellery of equivalent specification. If no equivalent product is available, we'll either offer you the nearest equivalent specification or its selling price value. Please note that any successful warranty claim is limited to one repair or replacement for any single piece purchase. Where needed, we are able to provide a repair service, at a cost of the actual repair, for any subsequent repairs required to your jewellery. In some circumstances it may not be possible to repair damage caused.

Your warranty won’t cover:

Accidental damage, for example if your jewellery has been neglected or used carelessly without following our Aftercare instructions.

Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, corrosion or colour, where the function of the product is unaffected and such damage caused as a result of any failure to follow our Aftercare instructions. 

Any loss suffered as a result of not being able to use the product, or any loss over and above the purchase price of the original item.

Servicing, inspecting or cleaning of the product, and failure to follow our Aftercare instructions.

Deliberate damage or neglect of the jewellery.

Any subsequent repair or replacement of the jewellery.

Gradual degradation of all or part of the jewellery due to normal wear, mishap, careless handling, improper use, and tarnishing are all not covered under the warranty.

Where your jewellery is outside of the warranty period or where you are unable to provide proof of purchase, any repairs and/or replacements will be chargeable.


www.siashafer.com is a website operated by Hide and Seek Out Limited of which Sia Shafer and Sia Shafer London are both trading names. We are a Limited Company registered in England and Wales under Company Number 11699505.
